Overview

  • Are you excited to savor monsoon awesomeness in the land of hippies? 
  • Goa: Where the emerald-green hills come alive with lush foliage and glistening streams, while the roar of the Arabian Sea adds to the mystical charm. Dudhsagar Falls, with its powerful cascading waters, takes on an entirely different persona during the monsoon.
  • The rain-fed falls swell to over 60 meters in height, transforming into a mesmerizing sight. The trek to Dudhsagar in the monsoon is a challenging yet rewarding experience

Itinerary

Day-0: Travelling

  • 08:45 PM : Commencement of trip from Pune (Kharadi bypass)
  • 09:30 PM : Pick-up from Pune (Shivajinagar: Federal Bank) 

Day-1: Mesmerizing Dudhsagar Falls

  • Reach Kulem early morning around 07.00 AM, freshen up & have breakfast
  • Warm up with fun energisers & after a short briefing start the trek to Dudhsagar Falls: one of the tallest waterfalls in India, which will involve hiking through lush green forests, crossing streams, and enjoying scenic views of the Sahyadri Mountains
  • Upon reaching the falls base around 12:30 PM, we can take a refreshing dip in the cool waters amidst the natural beauty
  • Reach Kulem around 05:00 PM & enjoy the much-deserved lunch
  • After the trek, you’ll drive back to your accommodation and enjoy a leisurely evening

 Day 02: Cola Beach, Cabo de Rama Fort & Basilica of Bom Jesus

  •  Today is a day to take it easy.
  • After a delightful breakfast, we leave for a relaxing & chill morning on the pristine Cola Beach, a secluded paradise away from the hustle and bustle of popular beaches in Goa.
  • Later, we visit the historic Cabo de Rama Fort for breathtaking & stunning views of the Arabian Sea.
  • Have Lunch
  • Visit the magnificent Basilica of Bom Jesus: a superb example of Baroque architecture in Goa.
  • In the evening, we depart for Pune around 07:00 PM approx.

Day 03

  • Reach Pune Early Morning 06:00-08:00 AM

  • Cap for winter/ summer treks & raincoat for monsoon treks.
  • Avoid wearing shorts to protect yourself from insect bites.
  • Carry your personal medication if any.
  • A waterproof cover for you mobile (Monsoon measures not necessary in other seasons).
  • Extra Pair of clothes.
  • Flip flops for your return journey as your shoes might get wet (expert advise).
